Affiliate Program Terms (Summary)

1) Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Enrollment is free. We may approve/decline or terminate accounts at our discretion for policy or compliance reasons.
  • No self‑referrals. You can’t earn commission on purchases made by you, your business entities, or where prohibited by law.

2) Attribution & Cookies

  • Commissions are attributed via your unique link and cookie/session tracking. Last‑click attribution applies unless we specify otherwise.
  • Customers who arrive without your link are not attributed to you.

3) Commission & Renewals

  • Payout schedule: Commissions are paid after one (1) month of accumulation, subject to threshold and successful payment processing.
  • Auto‑renewals: You earn commissions on active auto‑renewals of your referred customers.
  • Lapsed renewals: If a customer’s subscription lapses or is cancelled and they later re‑subscribe, commission is paid only if they purchase through your dedicated link at the time of the new purchase.
  • Coupons/discounts: Customers may use coupons. Your commission is calculated on the net amount paid after discounts, taxes, reversals, or credits.

4) Adjustments

  • Refunds, chargebacks, or fraud reverse the related commission.
  • We may withhold or adjust commissions for suspected abuse, policy violations, or reporting errors.

5) Payouts

  • Payouts typically occur monthly once the minimum threshold and documentation (e.g., W‑9/W‑8) are satisfied.
  • Methods, currencies, and regional availability may vary.

6) Promotion Rules

  • Follow all laws and platform policies. No spam, misleading claims, or bidding on our branded keywords unless expressly permitted.
  • FTC disclosure required: Clearly disclose you may earn a commission (e.g., “paid partnership”, “#ad”).

7) Changes & Termination

  • We may update rates, terms, or program features with notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
  • Participation is at‑will; either party may terminate at any time.
