It is the responsibility of freelancers, companies, and entrepreneurs to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of the content on their SphereCard. Additionally, you will be automatically enrolled in the VeriSatified Award System, which rewards you with a badge on your SphereCard when a customer gives a compliment. This system enhances consumer confidence and promotes customer loyalty toward your business.


As a responsible user, you acknowledge that you will make all efforts to resolve the issue within 14 days of being notified if you receive a complaint. Failure to do so may result in removing the VeriSatisfied Badge from your SphereCard. However, if the complaint is beyond your control and you have attempted to resolve it, you may contact tech support and create a ticket to seek their assistance in resolving the matter with the consumer.


At SphereCard, we have a strict policy against fraud. If an allegation of a scam is made against you, your card will be deactivated until the matter is resolved. You must address the issue within your subscription term and note that you cannot renew your subscription while an investigation is ongoing. To be reinstated, you must email a request to confirm that the complainant is satisfied with the resolution of the complaint.
