Level One – VeriSatisfied Badge
For freelancers, entrepreneurs, and business owners who receive positive feedback, SPHERE CARD awards a VeriSatisfied Badge. We do not publicly display individual comments but instead recognize excellence through this accolade. A smart marketing move for business owners is to follow up with satisfied clients, thank them for their positive feedback, and potentially offer a small token of appreciation, like a gift card, to reinforce goodwill and positive referrals.
Level Two – Complaint of Negligence
If a complaint arises about negligence, the freelancer, entrepreneur, or business owner has 30 days to resolve the issue with the customer. If unresolved, the VeriSatisfied Badge is removed from their SphereCard profile. However, the badge can be reinstated once the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Most complaints stem from miscommunication, and it’s the business owner’s responsibility to ensure clarity in every transaction.
Level Three – Complaint of Fraud
In fraud allegations, the relevant SphereCard is immediately suspended until a resolution is reached. If no resolution is found before the subscription term ends, the SphereCard will be deleted, and the business will lose any remaining subscription balance. Only through a verified acknowledgment from the consumer can the freelancer, entrepreneur, or business owner request to reinstate their SphereCard.
