You understand and agree that the purchase of the My SphereCard is for freelancers, businesses, and entrepreneurs that are legally allowed to perform services within their respective jurisdictions. Freelancers, businesses, and entrepreneurs are solely responsible for the content on their SphereCard. You agree to your inclusion in the VeriSatified Award System. When a customer gives a compliment, you will get a VeriSatified Award badge displayed on your SphereCard. The VeriSatified Award System builds consumer trust and customer loyalty to your business.

You agree that you should file a complaint. You will resolve the claim within 14 days after being alerted to the problem. After 14 days and no resolution to the complaint, the VeriSatified Badge from your SphereCard is subject to removal. If you could not resolve the complaint and it was not a fault within your control, you may contact our tech support and create a ticket explaining the situation. Tech support will initiate a resolution with the consumer.

Fraud No Tolerance Policy: You agree that your SphereCard will be placed inactive in our system in case of an allegation submitted of a scam against you pending a resolution. You agree that you must get a solution within your license term. You agree that license renewal is not allowed pending a decision on an allegation of fraud. You agree that it will be your responsibility to send by email to a request to verify from the complainant that made the complaint that the matter is solved to get reinstated.

In no event shall SPHERE CARD® or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the SPHERE CARD® website or its mobile apps.
